Terms
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: April 28, 2026
1. Using Signal Share
Signal Share lets members publish media, share external links, and message other members. By creating a new account, you agree to use the service lawfully and not misuse the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate other people or provide false account information.
3. Member content
You keep ownership of the content you post, but you give Signal Share permission to host, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights required to upload, publish, or share it. Other applications or media providers may be accessed to enable media playback or integration within the service.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
- Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, or deceptive.
- Do not upload malware, spam, scraping tools, or anything designed to disrupt the service.
- Do not use Signal Share to harass, stalk, or expose other users’ private information.
5. Moderation and removal
Signal Share may review, restrict, remove, or disable content or accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or threaten the security or operation of the platform.
6. Copyright complaints
If you submit content, you represent that you have the right to do so. If you receive copyright complaints, takedown requests, or abuse reports, you should respond promptly and maintain a designated process for handling them.
7. Availability
The service may change, pause, or be removed at any time. Features can be updated without prior notice. Signal Share is provided on an “as available” basis.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Signal Share may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if doing so is necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time. New accounts will accept the current version during signup. If you later decide to require re-acceptance for older accounts, that should be handled through a separate version gate.
